At Tat Hong, we aim to be a one-stop shop for every construction company's equipment needs. That is why we do not stop at just the provision of sale and rental of cranes and heavy equipment. Our value-added professional services extend to the sale of spare parts, equipment maintenance and repair and training programmes for cranes and heavy equipment operators.
Spare parts are critical for the operational effectiveness of our core rental business as well as our equipment sales segment. Our commitment to quality and professionalism has secured us several exclusive distributorships for renowned brands such as Hitachi-Sumitomo, Link-Belt, Nippon Sharyo, Sumitomo, Hitachi, Kawasaki, Bomag, Yanmar, Kato, Mustang, Sakai and Mitsubishi in various countries around the region.
It is the provision of this comprehensive service - from the sale of quality products, to the convenient and timely access to spare parts, maintenance and repair - that positions Tat Hong ahead of competition.
We place the utmost emphasis on our frontline service teams – the group of professionals who ensure that our machines remain in tip-top operational condition throughout their service. Diligently selected based on skill competency and work attitude, our experienced pool of service personnel provides well-rounded service support to our customers in the region.
